This course is designed for anyone who needs to complete the Pennsylvania state-required notary education. It's the right fit if you are:

If you are located in Pennsylvania and need to become or remain a commissioned notary public, this course meets all of the education requirements set by the Pennsylvania Department of State. Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate of education valid for six months from the date of issuance.

The course is a minimum of 3 hours in length, which is the amount required by the Pennsylvania Department of State. It is completely self-paced — you can start and stop whenever you'd like and take as many breaks as you need. Most students complete the course in a single sitting.

Yes. This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of State and meets all education requirements under RULONA (the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts). It is valid for both new applicants and renewing notaries.

Once you have completed all course material and passed all quizzes, you will receive a Certificate of Education. This certificate is valid for six months from the date of issuance and must be submitted along with your notary public application to the Pennsylvania Department of State.
